Our home is a dream come true

Originally from the Highlands of Scotland, we wanted to move closer to the city for our jobs and to access airports easily but still be close to home and the countryside for walking and fresh air so we chose to move to Perth.
We viewed a few developments before Springfield Bertha Park and the minute we drove up towards the village we felt at home. The Bertha Park development is a perfect location for all adults, families etc. Lots of beautiful walking and cycling routes near by, a local shop, bus route into town, and a High School - perfect for us! The supermarkets and shops are only a 20 min walk or 5 min drive from our new home. The ideal location. The community is so friendly.
We opted for the 2 bedroom Balloch end terrace home. This was our first home purchase together and has everything we need and more. It exceeded our expectations from day 1 - I still cannot believe this beautiful house is ours! It all feels like a dream. Our home has a spacious hallway upon entering the front door, a large downstairs toilet, storage cupboard, kitchen and living/dining area. We chose to keep the kitchen and living area open plan which brings in so much light and space. The patio doors out in to the patio area and back garden are a dream come true. Up the stairs there are two bedrooms - one with an en-suite, a cupboard and a main bathroom. The bedrooms both have built in wardrobes and lots of space. We have a driveway at the front which fits our two cars and a large spacious patio area and garden which is perfect for relaxing in and entertaining when the sun is shining.
We have not had to turn on the heating yet as the house is so well insulated. We feel like we live in a detached house as we never hear a noise from the neighbours!
The initial choices process was great - from choosing our dream kitchen, bathrooms, paint colours etc - everything was a dream come true. The show homes were great for ideas and helping us with our final choices.
The service we received from the Springfield sales team was outstanding. The sales consultant was a great help throughout the whole sales process - when reserving and when selecting our choices - always updating us on progress of the house. The site team have been brilliant for sorting out very minor snags and always a call or message away if needed. Our home is a dream come true.
