Green light for further 12 Springfield homes at Drakies in Inverness

Planning approval has been granted for 12 new homes at Springfield’s Drakies development in Inverness.
Located just off Old Perth Road, these homes will be a welcome addition to the bungalows currently available within easy reach of Raigmore Hospital, the A9 and the city centre.
Each of the homes will be highly energy efficient achieving a B EPC rating which is great for the environment, will help keep running costs low and buyers will also have the option of a Green Mortgage, a product only available on efficient homes offering more choice for our customers.
