You get excellent value with the Cupar, as every room has something great to offer and the whole house feels so thoughtfully considered to make the space work to your advantage. For starters, as you enter through the front door, the first thing you’ll see is a spacious hallway which is both long and wide, allowing room for welcoming people into your home without feeling cramped. It will also come in handy when bringing in all your new furniture.

There is a large cupboard off the hallway, which has your electricity meter inside, but it’s also a great place for storing all your winter coats and bags out of sight. There’s also an indentation in the wall just before the staircase which is the ideal place for a dressing table for storing the mail or car keys, so they’re ready to grab and go. Off the hallway, you have your lounge, kitchen dining area and downstairs W.C. 

The lounge is a real winner, easily able to accommodate two sofas and an armchair, giving everyone a place to sit. The large full height window to the front of the room adds to the feeling of space and lets in light. There’s also your TV media points and broadband connection. Moving on, you have your open plan kitchen and dining area, one of the standout features of this home.
